CHICAGO – March 2, 2015— Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions, LLC announces a transaction where ID Industries in Ontario, California, has joined the Wastebuilt family of companies (Stepp Parts, Stepp Equipment, Consolidated, Galfab, Wastebuilt Southwest, and Wastebuilt Southeast).

Commenting on the news, Wastebuilt CEO Greg Podell said, “We look forward to a great partnership with the Donoso family as this transaction continues the ongoing strategy of Wastebuilt by further strengthening Stepp Parts and providing a customer-focused source for a full range of repair and replacement parts for refuse and recycling fleets across the country.”

Marcus Bowie Joins Wastebuilt

Wastebuilt announces dealer acquisition in Georgia

CHICAGO – July 8, 2013—. Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions, LLC (Wastebuilt), has acquired Consolidated Disposal Systems, Inc. (Consolidated), a leading distributor in the waste and recycling industry based in Georgia. This acquisition along with two previous acquisitions in December of 2012; Stepp Equipment Company and Galfab, Inc., continues the ongoing strategy of Wastebuilt of providing a customer-focused source for equipment, parts, and service supported by manufacturing facilities. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Millbrook Capital Management Inc. Enters The Waste and Recycling Equipment Industry with Two Acquisitons

NEW YORK – January 7, 2013— Millbrook Capital Management Inc., a New York City-based investment firm led by John S. Dyson, announced today that it has created a new entity to enter the waste and recycling equipment industry. The new entity, Wastebuilt Environmental Solutions, LLC (Wastebuilt), has acquired two companies: Stepp Equipment Company and Galfab, Inc. and is seeking similar acquisitions. These two companies have combined annual revenues of approximately $40 million. The purchase price was not disclosed.
